While entrees are usually not necessarily the celebs, the array is sumptuous. Seafood is abundant, typically lobster with grapefruit, native rockfish, or possibly a tuna steak topped with foie gras. Beef will make a strong showing accompanied by a magnificent tenderloin, rack of lamb in many guises, venison or veal. There is the unexpected vegetarian show stopper, the menu bills as the "portobello mushroom pretending turn out to be filet mignon."
